The shot I didn't get that started all this was Lacy going to the fence and looking over at the neighbor's barn to summon her bald faced boyfriend. So he comes over and Flint's first reaction was to stear Lacy away from his competition, which he tried...for a while.....
Here they are having an argument on who exactly "gets" Lacy.
Flint says "Okay, this enough Lacy, let's go....."
Lacy made her choice, poor Flinty, has to stand there and watch while his girl canoodles with the neighbor :(
